Inspired by the the 1984 "Flexible" painting by Jean Michel Basquiat that sold for $40 million at #philips auction in #newyork for their 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale.

I liked this painting, reminded me of my Brazilian roots and I find necessary to reflect it into this painting. The colors reminded me of the Amazon. This is an hommage to Basquiat's greatness and to my ethnicity. Gotta love #brazil
